I need someone to tell me how exactly I'm supposed to submit art. I already submitted one, and it didn't show up in the Art Portal. How do I make my art like everyone else's?

P.S. The image for my art submission didn't come out right. Its icon is black, probably the corner of my submission. I need help on that too.
